The commission meetings for Clearwater Recreation are open to the public. The meetings are normally on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 P.M. (check About Us for any schedule changes). Meetings are in the Clearwater Public Library at 109 E. Ross. The Recreation Commission is a member of the Kansas Recreation and Parks Association and Clearwater High School Booster Club.
